Cancellation Policy

Gibbston Valley Bike Transport Policy Pricing: The cost for our bike transport service is $45 one way. Bike Capacity: We can transport up to 7 bikes per journey. A maximum of 4 e-bikes can be accommodated. For bikes with drop bar handles, prior notification is required, as we can only carry up to 4 such bikes per journey, limiting capacity for other bikes. Bike Handling: Our bike racks are designed to touch only the tires of each bike, securing them in a vertical hanging position. However, we are not responsible for any damage to the bikes during transport. Intoxication Policy: We reserve the right to refuse service to guests who are deemed too intoxicated. Any damages to the van due to drunken behavior or sickness will incur additional costs, assessed after the transport. Weather Considerations: Weather conditions may affect our service, and cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Pick-Up and Drop-Off: We offer drop-off at your preferred location within the Queenstown area. Additional costs will be assessed for drop-offs located outside our standard area of operations.
