Pricing and Return Trips: The price quoted includes a return trip. This covers transportation to and from the orchard, ensuring you can enjoy your cherry-picking experience without worrying about additional travel costs. Damage Assessment: Any damage to the van caused by spilt or squashed cherries will be assessed at the end of the trip. Customers may be held responsible for cleaning or repair costs resulting from such damages. Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Our service includes convenient pick-up and drop-off at your specified location, providing a hassle-free start and end to your day at the orchard. Weather Cancellations: In the event of adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the shuttle service for safety reasons. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative arrangements or rescheduling options. A full refund will be issued due to whether cancelations. Cherry Picking Outcomes: We are not responsible for the quality or quantity of cherries available for picking. This is subject to seasonal variations and orchard conditions. Timeliness: Please be ready at your designated pick-up location at the specified time. Delays caused by late arrivals may result in reduced time at the orchard. Safety and Comfort: For your safety and comfort, please follow all guidelines provided by our driver. This includes wearing seatbelts and adhering to any additional instructions during the journey.
